I have helped people of all ages presenting with a variety of conditions; from the irritable newborn baby with feeding and digestive issues to older individuals striving for comfort and independence in later life, and all those in between. My approach is patient centred, using a combination of different treatment types, advice and rehab exercises to suit their needs.
As well as the more traditional osteopathic approach, I love to use functional and cranial osteopathic approaches, particularly when treating babies and children. This gentle approach works with the natural rhythmic motions in the body to restore balance and stimulate the body’s self healing mechanism. I have extensive training in this field, gaining a Fellowship of the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy.
Qualifying as an Infant Feeding Coach has enabled me to provide a greater level of support for families with babies with symptoms stemming from feeding difficulties. Together with osteopathy, advice on positioning whilst feeding can increase efficiency and comfort for both mother and baby.
I love Osteopathy and I feel very privileged to help my patients find health and well being.
